Kids Against Hunger Packaging:    September 12
We have a church-wide packaging event scheduled for Sept 12 from 1-3. Kids Against Hunger is a great non-profit organization committed to feeding the hungry on a local, national, and international level. At a packaging event we measure out and package nutritionally balanced, easily digestible meals that feed a family of 6. Then KAH ships them all over the world (and to local food pantries). In just two hours you can help to package thousands of meals and aid in an incredible cause. Directions to KAH will be in the lobby on the 12th for those who need them.

Dinner @ 6:    September 25th
This month’s round of Dinner at 6 will take place on September 25th. It is a family-friendly event where “host homes” are assigned participants for an evening of food and fellowship.  Couples can sign up together and children are welcome. For more info contact the church office, or just register for the event and you will be contacted! Please sign up by September 19th.

Prayer Walk:    September 26th
The prayer walk in September will occur immediately after the service on the 26th. To take part, bring a sack lunch. The group will eat together, and then everyone will head out to walk. It’s a great way to get involved in the church and meet new people, besides prayer being a hugely important aspect for any healthy church!

Ever wondered what exactly the Vineyard Values mean or how you can apply them to your life? Want to learn what it means to be a part of the Vineyard Movement? Come to the second in a series of trainings dealing with each of the Vineyard Values. This seminar deals with reconciling community, including reconciling personal relationships, and how to take the  principles of forgiveness, reaching out, and reconciliation into the church and local communities.
