Priorities
- Teaching the Bible:
- We are committed to studying and applying the whole Bible.
- Worship:
- We faithfully draw near to God in a personal and intimate way.
- Ministry to the Poor:
- We want to be an extension of God’s compassion, helping those in need in practical ways.
- Evangelism:
- Jesus loves us and invites us into a close relationship with him. We want to share Jesus’ invitation with others in the course of everyday life.
- Small Groups:
- We believe relationships are basic to what it means to be a Christian. In small groups, we grow deeper in community.
- Service:
- Through service, we become healthy followers of Jesus who bring healing to others.
- Prayer Ministry:
- In our Sunday gatherings, small groups, and other events, we take time to pray for each other, asking God to minister healing and do what he wants in our lives.
- Leadership Development:
- We want to do our best to train leaders and prepare them for effectiveness in fulfilling God’s calling. Here at the Vineyard, we don’t start ministries as much as we trust God to raise up leaders to do what he calls them to do.
