Welcome to the Vineyard!
Several years ago when we first looked into purchasing a building, I met with a friend with experience in construction and architecture. He asked about the main function of the building. Would it be focused internally, on serving the people inside the church, or more of a base of operations? A central place to go out into the community and serve?
There was no question about the answer. Vineyard is here to serve people, and we do that through teaching and worship, missions, small groups, community service, and a dedication to downtown Springfield and the surrounding neighborhoods.
